I'm not sure how other warehouses are, but mine is extremely abusive to its employees, especially those at the bottom. They are not provided proper equipment, for safety or productivity (scanners don't even work). Site leader is incompetent, and workers are abused and overworked for those on top

What are some of the best things about your team?
The people at the bottom that are able to keep on coming to work each day and stay humble is an inspiration to me.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The leadership. My site leader specifically, but there is little value placed on the people that work at Amazon. Constantly dealing with new hires is a nightmare. Hiring process and retention of employees is very bad.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Amazon's management policy focuses heavily on cost cutting, and it is sickening. My facility uses broken equipment and you'd think we were bankrupt. It's unsafe, unorganized, and inefficient. Every good employee that comes in leaves. It's all about feeding the top. My facility gives NO raises.
