I love my job at an Amazon FC. I would recommend anyone to give Amazon a shot and see if you like it. I must say that it's not for lazy people. The pay and all the benefits you get is definitely worth it. Also, it's really easy to get promoted as long as you are a good worker.You just gotta ask 4 it
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am recognized by my leadership team and they give me positive feeback. Unfortunately, too many managers don't realize that or they just don't care.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything, but It would be nice if I could opt into my benefits whenever I want instead of once a year when open enrollment occurs. But new hires can be eligible any time of the year. It's not fair in my opinion.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a HVH or High Volume Hiring event. There was at least 30 people when I went and it wasn't even an interview. It was more like an orientation class and then a mouth swab drug test. That was about it in my experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like about my leadership team is that they are really fair and don't show favoritism. That really means a lot to me as an employee. Also, I really appreciate when they give me positive feeback and being recognized for my work ethic. It actually makes me not mind coming to work as much.
