
Regardless of status/background, people come to work and get the job done.
Most in our area make a fair attempt to listen, and make improvements when/where needed. More follow through would be nice when they offer "jobs" or positions to certain people.
There are no true stock benefits for most anymore. We are however, allowed to "purchase" stock in the company, which isn't quite the same as an actual "benefit". As previously stated, any/all health insurance "provided" cant truly be considered an actual benefit either, as the employee is paying for
