No Stocks, next to no (PAID) time off when considering how long an actual ft workday for most workers is. While insurance is decent, it should not be considered as a "perk" of the company when considering true benefits, unless an employee were actually receiving said "benefit" at no cost.

Regardless of status/background, people come to work and get the job done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most in our area make a fair attempt to listen, and make improvements when/where needed. More follow through would be nice when they offer "jobs" or positions to certain people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no true stock benefits for most anymore. We are however, allowed to "purchase" stock in the company, which isn't quite the same as an actual "benefit". As previously stated, any/all health insurance "provided" cant truly be considered an actual benefit either, as the employee is paying for
