It’s ok. Honestly if they can find ways where it’s less depressing... working there causes you to think a lot. Making you over think yourself into a depressive state.. and the vacation time is ridiculous... I work my ass off to just get 2 days of vacation in a span of 2 months ... my body kills

I work hard. I should get a decent pay check... my body is in literal pain and I’m still able to get them good numbers... At least reward the hard workers that are bringing in numbers so they can feel valued and appreciated (more PTO/VACA TIME/BENEFITS or just an appreciation announcemen
