They are people trying to earn an honest living in these tough times. Pay them what they should be paid.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to get better at actually working. They stand around and don't even try to look busy and then they complain that the team average is low but provide no solution as to how to raise it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Provide fair wages to positions that do more at Amazon. People working on the dock should not be hired in at the base wage the same as a picker or packer. Dock workers obviously do a lot more but are underpaid. This goes for a lot of positions.
