Amazon does not care about your health despite all the safety signs they put up. The management goofs off more than the associates, More times I've seen people standing around doing nothing. At least do it in a more private place, so that the working associates don't have to hear the chatter
What makes you most happy at work?
Going home now. Used to enjoy working there, no one cares anymore.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not goofing off and actually seeing if their workers are even at their stations
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The best workers have become one of the masses after working at Amazon for so long. It's hard to care when you're not cared for.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More access to flexible time schedules. Also the option to give those schedule to internal employees instead of new hires, basically tossing all the more experienced workers to the side.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Works fine, except needing more times to actually talk to the staff. Most of the application is automatic, and human interaction is hard to find for answers on more difficult quetions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The UPT policy is firing more workers than the people themselves. Not enough time off for the hardest working people I've seen there, and they all leave because of time issues. All that remains are the more apathetic ones, since they aren't even being watched anymore.
