Close to zero interaction with management. All automated so you basically get put on double secret probation based on metrics which change day to day. Nothing makes you feel good about your compensation. It's a job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There wasn't one. You applied, they had you come in with ID to prove you can legally work in the US and then they email you to tell you when to show up. They just need a warm body
