I love my job as a packer, however, we've got a high manager turnover and the bad ones before they are gotten rid off usually try to take out the good decent hardworking employees that have been there for at least a year cause they actually have more experience. DTW1 is a hot mess.

Easy to get in ... was hired quickly back in Covid crisis and given extensive KNET modules to learn what was going to be expected from me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people who have been there the longest and gone through stuff together do bond and are good friends ... it is a fight to stay together though.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Protecting the good hardworking seasoned employees from riffraff new hirees both packers and wannabee supervisors without experience trying to oust those with more experience because they have been there much longer and worked a lot harder under far more stringent rules to originally get the right.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The true do-ers respect each other and care about each other. Decent Operations hub people recognizing my hard work and efforts have had my back when fresh hired on not too savvy managers were disrespectful trying to use their power to run me out for the wrong reasons.
