Amazon treat their employees terribly, I have worked as a Shopper for 1 1/2 yrs and have not recieved a raise increase and worked during Pandemic. Does not Appreciate good employees.

Some of us work hard and are dependable
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing, they come in don't speak and don't introduce themselves to the shoppers, they only worry about productivity
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Meeting with the shoppers face to face instead of thru an app, explaining why we don't receive annual raise increases
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Show employees you appreciate them, talk to them and give them the tools we need to do our jobs. Lately they have been taking everything we need to be productive.
