Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better Base Pay. The base pay increase from one year to another is negligible. it's extremely important to enter in the company with a high salary because salary increase once inside are not fair.
What makes you most happy at work?
Co-Workers. Flexibility to work in any office. Amazon Brand. Possibility to choose your career path. e.g. One day you can be a transportation manager, the following day you might be a marketing manager.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Increasing trust among leadership and their employees. There is high tendency to spend time writing docs which main aim is to find the right wording to say what has not been done. I would suggest instead investing the time on doing rather than writing.
