Pros- Owners and co-workers are friendly. Working alone working outside 3 days off Cons- Apps used are terrible. Rabbits crash often Unrealistic safe delivery goals expected, even more so by following amazon policies Amazon doesn't acknowledge delivery issues on flex app. Overworked

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again my big problem is with the work load that is given to delivery associates. We get routes with too high of stops and packages that leave no room for safety and other issues that are encountered during deliveries for example road construction, flex app crashes, wrong deliverylocation,bad weather
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My big problem with the job is that even though I am working my hardest my DSP expects me to deliver unrealistic package goals of 200 stops with around 300 packages that will fill the vans to the ceiling with barely any room to move around in (Probably because Amazon doesn't care)
