I dont even know who is my manager I just no yellow vest with red strip are all managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like with this much work we should be payed more money. I go home every day in aches and pain and when I look at my pay check each week I say wow all that hard labor for this. The people like me who is doing the heavy lifting, pushing and pulling needs to be compensated more.
