Overall, I met the target goal of picks on my first day working with the picking team and it felt great to accomplish that goal on my first day since I have to complete that goal by the next 3 days. Of course, there's good and bad and with every company but I will do the best I can every day I work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You're compensated for several things like life insurance, 410K,and etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team seem to be a genuine group of people who want the best for their employees and customers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
During the interview process, they will tell you what you will be doing as far as making sure you know what your job is and, of course, the interviewers are always willing to answer questions about your job with the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's the fact that I will hopefully be able to work more often because I recently came from a job where I was getting biweekly working 24 hours for those 2 weeks. So, the opportunity of working more makes me very happy and more proud.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how I can always get help from the management, problem solver, ambassador, and my coworkers. Sometimes, it will get confusing and you might need some guidance on how to handle an issue. That's what help is there for: to be used as a resource at anytime you have a problem.
