It was all done through text and email
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The first floor manager is great, but he is not technically my manager
What makes you most happy at work?
I would feel better if I felt educated about my plant. New people are not shown anything. You have to find places and no answers to questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I was hired being told my manager was someone not even there and on leave. I report to someone on first floor but recently the manager name changed in A-Z and nobody has told me to do anything different. I don’t know my manager and worked there 7 week
