it's hard to say but I would point out that I have not heard any argument yet.

all questions are one way questions: what i mean is that all questions never required our opinion only company opinion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
diligently working so hard but never been recognized. no incentive at all. no promotion to other position. either no increase rate or increase too little for the work.
