less of an interview, more of a pre hire appointment,
coworkers are NOT encouraged to talk to each other. only allowed on break or in employees free time.... not at work.
if you bother them about an issue youre having enough, they will help you. also some good managers out there try helping you be the most successful version of yourself that you can be
make people more friendly/ happy. everyone seems so miserable and depressed to even be here, its hard to have a positive work environment when 96% of employees feel overworked, undervalued or treated just like another number.
dont care much about compensation... but these lower level employees literally bust their butts every day, sweating like crazy, working excessively even though its taking a toll on their mental and physical health, and the managers just stare at computers all day, sit in the breakroom.....
anyone above tier one acts like they think they are better than the rest of the associates. just because they have a vest they think they can treat others as lesser than, and sad thing is most of them have never even worked at amazon. they are outsourced/ college hires going straight to leadership.
