The experience at amazon is that, they work us like prisoners' I believe to steal our emotions to make us lifeless rats so we don't ever question why we work the way we do. We have to wait until the last weekend of December just to be able to save up enough vacation time to take off full week.
What makes you most happy at work?
Breaks, Leaving, getting bonuses, not being forced to work on holidays.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
learning people, what they are good at. What is the point in training someone in something if they will never be allowed the opportunity to work that role again.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
actually listen to the employees and take their thoughts into account when making decisions about this that will affect the employees. managers don't have to deal with the same things c-rets or other employees have to deal with.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it wasn't even an interview. as long as you passed the drug test you were hired. the facility I'm working at goes through 30 per week on average. whether that is being fired or quitting. that is a whole lot.
