Amazon is the worst. If you leave before 2 years, they will not give you 2 years worth of rrsp contribution. Stock vesting schedule is unfair, with only 5% in the first year unlike 25% at any other company. Managers treat you really badly as they have to fire 5% of the employees every year.

I cant blame the coworkers as they are also trying to earn bread for their families. The stupid surveillance policies of amazon force people to be unfriendly and become selfish.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need a better RSU vesting schedule. Base pay is less as compared to similar companies. Also, amazon needs to stop being cheap and give engineers decent laptops to code and not basic 13inch macbooks.
