I have been at Amazon for 4 months. The overall experience at Amazon has been better than other employers. I appreciate the Pay Rate, the Benefits, Working Conditions and the generous amount of time off we can earn in order to maintain a positive work/life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
The pay and the fast pace. it makes time go by faster.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Leadership team is approachable, they want to listen to me, and they will roll up their sleeves and work with us if extra hands are needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a mature, responsible, hard working team. We come to work on time, and we go & return from our breaks on time for the most part.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is the same process for everybody. The interview process gets to the point and they will not drag the candidate thru a lot of unnecessary of discouraging steps.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is fast paced, and in the rush, we may not take the time to fully understand what/why someone is doing something. But, we will take the time to listen to the explanation if we were incorrect about something.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 2 features I like the most about my compensation package are the reasonable health insurance premiums & low deductibles and the generous amount of Time Off we can quickly earn. That enables us to take good care of ourselves without getting burned out or injured due to exhaustion.
