What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to hire more qualified leaders with at least 10 years work experience to prove they have skills
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I STRONGLY belive that the bulk of the REAL work of this company, especially, is completed by warehouse workers who fully deserve 3 weeks paid vacation their first year and then an additional week with each year they complete
What makes you most happy at work?
My peers. My TEAM. WE HAVE MADE OUR OWN GROUP OF HIGHLY SKILLED, HIGHLY MOTIVATED, VERY EXPERIENCED and DEDICATED TO OUR WORKS' etiquitte, and hold our own higher standards for safety, more equity and recognition, promotion, and of course skills training and education. Community Work is next!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team ALL relate to the same issues that we must mitigate together due to the inexperience and unqualified managers that are hired as NEW "leaders" amd have no idea what they are doing. As a TEAM we are able to always rise to each occassion and complete our tasks, despite the bad "leaders"
