Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is absolutely no praise unless you are getting credits for the store. Part time compensation is non existent. Most companies give part time employees psid vacation and petsonal days, but. It here. This also contributes to call outs on critical days.

I work in shoes, which is constantly busy and requires a lot of grunt work. I am always working to the best I can, but the low pay and bare hours don't work. This doesn't cut it it, especially when they keep hiring new people and throw your hours under the bus.
