Create a strategic plan benefiting all investing in the company and not just a few people or departments. After making firm decisions about the plan, stick with it, hold each other accountable, and communicate the vision and performance of each department to all employees.

I think there should be more trust and empowerment in employees and mid-level managers. If you can't trust an employee to work remotely, you shouldn't have hired them. Also, we need to catch up with industry rates so we can attract/retain experienced talent (while growing from within as well).

New hires compensated more than 5-10 year employees because compensation started them at fair market value. Tenue employees receive 3-4 percent increases while cost of living far exceeds these increases.

Paying to the industry bubble I know is difficult but at least balance amongst peers.

Compared to similar roles at similar companies both within the industry and in other industries, our pay and benefits are on the low side. I would be more satisfied if compensation was better and raises were more in line with the amount of extra effort I put in daily.

People are hateful and have no interest in doing more than bare minimums. They're also boring and just want to waste their lives watching irrelevant TV or streaming shows or some sporting event.

We need to change the culture here at Bell, move into the current way of doing business (i.e. fully remote options, better compensation) to attract and keep top talent. Our biggest issue right now is poor executive management leading to a lack of a modern mindset, thus leading to lesser talent.

Cut the fat out of the numerous overlapping top leadership role to increase budgets to hire more people that actually create value for the company. Having these extra resources will allow everyone the freedom to enjoy paid time off without needing to stay connected to email.
