I had a long history in my position and i begged for just 40 cents raise when gas prices hit $6.50 and was denied. That same day, they had me print out two other people's raises. I couldnt even afford to make it to work.

We are always there to back each other up if another person from the team is not available at that point in time. Every person has situations where they are not able to meet there requirements once in awhile and that's when another teammate steps up to assist without having to ask

My general manager would always tell people that the parts were out of stock but then they would call back and talk to another employee and the estimator would be able to order the parts that same day
