What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team seem to always be on the same page. If there is an issue it is addressed and resolved.

We have very accommodating benefit packages

I am a part-time employee and there are certain benefits available to me (i.e. Dental, Retirement) . This is rare in todays workplace.

I haven't experienced it yet, but I think it is cool that there is a success sharing bonus option that employees can get and that we can benefit from the shadow benefit plan.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that for what we do on a day to day, pay could be better. I think the benefits are pretty decent but overall the pay needs to increase.

for the amount of time I have worked here I am definitely underpaid. my job is not common so there is no need to pay competitively since there is no where else i could work in this field.

Everyone puts forth the effort to work effectively together. Everyone seems to respect diversity. We get the job done.

The environment is for the most part positive in comparison to what I've been exposed to. The most positive aspect is the maturity of the employees chosen and the respect that's shown to one another.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers made me feel comfortable and asked questions that were diverse. I feel my input mattered.

I genuinely enjoy the work that I do and when customers give us good feedback, it makes me feel that I have done my job well. I also enjoy the relationships I have developed with my coworkers and the service reps that I work with.
