How informative and transparent upper management was.

Some transparencies were shown. Some of the pros and cons were provided. The workload was not realistic afterwards.

Parking should be free or at least not $125 a month, hourly employees should be able to receive overtime pay. More staff to assist in the workloads, 1 person should not have 3 positions at the lowest pay rate. Remote positions should be an option especially for parents with small children.
