The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Being recently acquired has been an awkward transition. The First Advantage teams all work in silos and often make things more complicated than they need to be.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation plan is the VC plan. I'm pleased with the updates made to the plan for 2024.
