What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop being so obsessed with metrics; recognize the not so easily quantifiable ways in which (non-sales in particular) executives bring value to the company and it's clients

What is the best part about your compensation package?
pre-tax deductions (HSA, 401k), 401k company match is immediately vested, company gives $1500 annually to HSA accounts (that's half the deductible)

It's so affordable and so many options to fit your situation. Gartner matches my 401k and pays for me to go back to school!

More transparency and engagement with associates before introducing new processes/regulations will be welcomed

What did you like most about the interview process?
I received a lot of information about the role and it felt like a natural, constructive conversation for both of us to get a sense for the other person and assess our prospect instead of being asked the same tired interview questions.
