What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leader shows interest in my success. My executive Team did not always seem to be knowledgeable about their Managers.

Creating opportunities for ALL employees to advance and being aware that some teams are using unprofessional means to determine who to hire for certain positions.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual compensation and the discount of food.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that our customer care team is always the last to know about anything happening in the company, if we are informed at all. I feel the company is focused only in HQ or the DC that they do not invest in the Mulberry office or those of us that work there at all.

I could make $25 an hour at amazon and not even need a degree or license, both of which I need to work in my current position. There are no full time spots available. Because we are part time, we aren't eligible for any benefits besides 401K.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Allow room for mistakes to happen so learning can happen. Promote from within for employees who are qualified instead of hiring outside employees who are not.
