HubSpot is not the company it once was we are operating in silos and continue to undervalue certain areas of the organization. The culture within my team is excellent and the reason I stay

The fact that our company culture is not just a blurb in a handbook it is lived every day by the employees top to bottom and it shows.

Our ability to be our authentic selves at work, our support for each other and our ability to show accountability and teamwork in all areas of our team. We are also the most fun :-)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued by my pay I am doing the job of 2 mangers with a team of 13 Direct Reports and I am not compensated properly for the work/hours I am being asked to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
physiologically safe space support for one another Only at my team level outside of my team level our team is pretty forgotten and tossed aside by the rest of the org, never acknowledged and extremely underpaid for the job scope being asked of the team. Well out of role but the team is committed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on Comps for my role HubSpot as a company is on the low end of the pay range and I was paid outside of that range until my review, when I received my review even though my performance was high I was only brought into the low end of the range with my ACR, it was disappointing to see this.
