Leadership is authentic and transparent with all levels of the company. As an entry level employee, this means a lot!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The encouragement for internal mobility is a huge part of the culture that drew me to HubSpot- I wanted to be somewhere I would be encouraged to grow and have those opportunities as well!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We set up time to have fun together (virtually) and make sure we can form community and friendships even though we are all remote. It's really great and has made me feel part of the team very quickly
