Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like given the amount of industry and product knowledge a growth specialist has to know, the salary should be more reflective of that. Compared to other companies where there is an industry and product specific sales roles, who also have engineers to help them sell more consistently.
