Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my last annual increase could have been better. Also company goals are high this year compared to the reality of the economy and so my bonus is up in the air.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i dont see why a company like Hubspot makes so much money and offers no bonus not even perfoemance based pf which bonuses are important to employees who dont happen to make millions. things like families and holidays and sharing should inspire bonuses at the least.
