Salary strategy of lower percentile will hurt us badly. Can already see new hire quality dipping in some dept. Hiring external directors can come at a cost for culture (mine excld). More upward feedback. Politics out of control & causing inefficiencies. Time tracking in conflict with our culture
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Worried about layoffs / having to lay people off. The stress is constant and impacting progress with my team. Everyone is fearful of making mistakes because of it. Trying to motivate a team is really hard right now. Looming layoffs like the ones in POPs recently have taken us back a step.

The people are kind and helpful. My manager/director are both empathetic, know the business and inspire me. The team always work to help each other.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our EMEA Director understand Services and Saas. Strong leader with clear goals however the global team seems misaligned and unsure of overall goals and vision from VP. The direction of PS is unclear, rarely hear from VP directly, metrics communicated via email. Have concern for services culture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary in Dublin is so far below Berlin despite higher cost of living. Bands for Dublin lower than other EU counterparts and other tech companies in Dublin. I dont want to leave but I will have to soon based on this. Also no added perks for remote employees that any way equal the food perk.
