It's good overall, but the workload can be overwhelming at times, we take on too many unplanned tasks impacting our quarterly plans, our team is at its full capacity at all times. I'd like to have more senior and experienced engineers on my team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we get stocks + salary, and the the salary is reviewed on a regular basis.
What makes you most happy at work?
What would make me happy, would be: technical challenges, being challenged, having the time to research, come up with new ideas and creative solutions, but I don't think I get a lot of this.
