As a new employee I'm already very impressed. No company can ever be perfect but I love you can tell people are genuine and try their best. I like the actual transparency and also the company's commitment to supporting employee happiness and inter-office culture

genuine care when issues are brought forth and understanding of employees as people
What makes you most happy at work?
I am the most happy when I can interact with others through lunch, passing by in the hallway, watercoolers, and small get togethers. Its nice to be more than just a worker but a person.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciated as a new hire they showed genuine care for the skills and experience I was bringing on and worked to provide an equitable rate that suited my needs but stayed fair to other employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being able to be genuine, have fun, and collaborate productively. No one leans too heavily on others, we all strive to do our work well and support each other equally which is such a breath of fresh air from my prior workplace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way the company supports understanding and care. Everyone wants to be here, wants to listen, wants to join in. I would love to have more in-person small events available/returning certain office amenities to continue hyping up employee interactions during the workday.
