Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Additional compensation based on the prior experience I have brought in my role, even though it is not SaaS. This experience is what has allowed me to be a top performer but I am still not eligible for a promotion or transfer for a full year based on my Q3 hire date.
