HubSpotters are some of the smartest, talented and creative people I know. I never feel like the smartest one in the room and I am constantly challenged to think differently! I love coming to work because of the people.
What makes you most happy at work?
Wins for my team and solving for our customers. We can build things that make their lives that much easier or help their business grow incrementally more. To me that is the best reward for all the work we do. I will say having dedicated time away from screens and in person with our teams as well.
