What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to dive deep into a problem and solve it my own way (with feedback from peers) without being micromanaged by others telling me when/how to do everything.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. I don't get the sense that they say one thing "out loud" and then are plotting something different behind closed doors. Continue to care about fostering the company's culture. Continue to be active about addressing burnout. Those things make people happy to come to work.
