What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great attitude and outlook on what we do, and the roles we play. People are interested in beyond their roles, everyone is quick to help with feedback and improvement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know the market rate for my role and years of experience and HS is a bit under that, I know they are anchoring salaries to NYC where I currently reside so I hope that will help. The market is aggressive right now and I know I could make 10% more elsewhere. Remote ppl should get a higher stipend
