It's a mix- progressive culture and great people. But a disconnect between the values stated and the values exercised. Not great compensation, work/life balance, or turnaround on feedback.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is barely above the people I am assisting after my promotion and not market competitive at all. I do not feel I am compensated well for what I am doing and am surprised by how much this tends to be the case at HubSpot
