The leadership team is transparent and optimistic. I also really like that the majority is female.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HEART is the best culture. Along with the ability to manage our own time. I love the focus on mental well being.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to manage my own time and not feeling like my hours are micro-managed. I end up working more than 40 hours a week, but having the freedom to pick up a sick child is amazing. Also, that I feel valued at work for just being me.
