Overall I feel grateful to work at HubSpot : I love my work & my team. I know that I can grow in this company and stay for years and still learn. The culture is really great I'm in and safe and warm environment. One thing that could be improved is our salary, especially in the marketing team.

People in my team are not only empathetic and nice but also talented marketer very dedicated to their work and inspiring. I feel really lucky to be part of the team, it's helping me to grow even better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the market my compensation is low. I don't understand why as a Marketing team we don't have a variable ( as we have high goals). Having a variable could help us to get even more motivated to achieve our goals.
