Transparency and frequent communication. AMAs. Increased push for work life balance.

Coding out a solution to a tasked problem that's part of a larger Epic that I've been involved with and understand.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There's been a pattern of setting deadlines that are a crunch and stressful to make. I don't want to be as siloed and get more interactions with the team. There's a growing list of responsibilities that was not expected when joining.
