What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is extremely supportive and always willing to help. No one is snarky or has anything bad to say about anyone else.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They value work life balance and do everything they can to prevent employee burnout. This is the only company I have ever worked at where I feel I can truly balance life and work without judgement.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that you are paid OTE even if you are on Leave - That way you do not experience a huge drop in income when you have a major life event to tend to such as having a baby.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager in particular, is extremely flexible and understanding, yet also very supportive. He is literally ALWAYS there when I need him and his guidance is top notch. I do not feel micromanaged and I always feel positively supported and encouraged.
What makes you most happy at work?
HubSpot gives you everything you need to succeed. I have the tools I need to close deals which is what I love doing most. My manager is supportive and I always have a team around me that is going to help me win (BDR, services & SE).
