Lots of opportunity for advancement. My experience has been up and down, depending on current manager (I've had 4 so far). I am EMEA-based but work exclusively with US-based colleagues. This is hard and I'm quite tired at this point.

Being given the space to work deeply on projects.

My team are intelligent and generally nice people to chat too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that I, as an Irish-based employee, am paid so much less than my US counterparts, despite working on the same teams. As a remote worker, I also miss out on a lot of benefits too (free food etc). Cost of living is rising and should be acknowledged.
