The most positive aspects are the autonomy and flexibility. I am spoiled! It's amazing to be able to do my best work on my own time.

I am paid beneath what our bands describe I should be paid given my performance, position and tenure. My stock grants are also about to run out, and there is nothing short of another promotion that will grant me additional stock.
