What are some of the best things about your team?
My peers are smart, fun, and eager to do cool things. Management makes it hard to apply our talents well
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great people, but again, I'm really lacking that in person connection. Its depressing and exhausting, especially going into Winter months.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Thoughtful, funny, smart, like long walks on the beach... (kidding). But they are great, I just wish there was more Boston area get togethers - remote cities do a great job of getting together!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management in MARS is chaotic. The Sr Managers and Directors have no management skills and were clearly placed because they've just been here enough time. They are kind people, they are terrible managers in terms of projects and dealing with their uppper managment requests
