HubSpot is awesome. It does take some time to understand how to navigate workplace politics, but honestly, it's worth it. Since the company is still growing there is a lot of room for improvement in systems and processes and clarity around things such as career growth, but this is common.

My team is driven, motivated, and doesn't depend too much on what leadership says in order to get things done
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work on large problems without a lot of restrictions. The autonomy and ability to partner with brilliant coworkers makes every day interesting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are not afraid to let their work and life intertwine. It's important for me to see someone as more than a coworker and my coworkers are not afraid to let folks in and see the things that make them unique.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They allow employees to see their "human" side so we can see that the exec team are just like us and face similar issues but at a different level. They are also extremely transparent about what's going on and aren't afraid to take criticism.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture - People are real and there are efforts to keep the same culture that was present at the beginning (prior to COVID) so that is great. I love the foundation of our Culture (HEART) which helps guide folks when they are thinking about how to include others or make decisions.
