our team culture is slowly growing in a better direction, trust is building and being able to lean on my team is getting stronger
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel the culture at Hubspot is slowly declining. The sales environment is becoming sharkey and less team focused. I the culture of what Hubspot used to be is still being pushed but internally it is no longer that true HEART environment.
