That the wellbeing of individual really is cared about and at HEART of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always happy to help. New or not new, our team helps each other, brainstorms together and is there for each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency and honestly about company goals, progress and what is in the making. Also the openness about vulnerability and how authentic the leadership team is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The actual role does not quite overlap with my expectations that were set during the recruitment process. Not only the role itself, but also the compensation package. Targets have increased significantly, whilst our pay hasn't.
